This project challenged me to design a conceptual pop-up shop for a collaborative product launch between two established brands. I chose to create a collaboration between Chrome Hearts and Toyota. The goal was to research both companies’ brand ethos, history, and market positioning, then develop a unified concept that would be expressed through a branded physical space and supporting collateral. The pop-up design had to fit within two or three shipping containers, with the flexibility to expand into the surrounding outdoor space. Deliverables included a fully rendered SketchUp model, a floor plan, elevations, material specifications, and a branded pitch book showcasing the pop-up’s visual identity, color palette, merchandise, and visitor experience. The objective was not only to design an engaging environment that drives product sales but also to create a compelling story that merges both brands’ identities in a seamless, marketable way.
